What do we need or not need the most right now?
- Right now we could really use testers to run new packages through the wringer and report problems found.
Building
At this point in time we don't really need more help building packages. If you have exceptionally new or fast hardware to donate towards the build farm, that might be useful (contact Dennis Gilmore or spot).
Development
Take a look around in Bugzilla and see if there is anything that has been reported that you can fix.
Donations
Cash - Aurora is not set up as a proper non-profit organization and is not actively seeking cash donations at this time.
Hardware is one of the better forms of donation at this time. For larger hardware, we can help you find a local Aurora team member (if one exists) to pick up items that are so heavy as to be impractical to ship. Especially useful would be machines and peripherals that are on the Hardware Compatibility list that have not yet been tested.
